Once registration is confirmed our events team will provide a dedicated code to the personal making the initial purchase to provide to their team members, clients etc. This code will allow them to register free of charge through the system. Each registrant would be able to create their own event profile, as well as participate in the private networking areas online (launching shortly), connect with sponsors and exhibitors virtually, build a personalized schedule, as well as participate in virtual games to win prizes.

Receipts are issued immediately upon registration if you are paying on-line by credit card. Letters of confirmation and receipts will be emailed to all delegates who pay by cheque within a week of receipt of payment. Please keep this information on file if you intend to claim CPD credits.
If you are unable to attend the Conference after registering, you may send someone in your place. You must submit the person's name and contact information in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are a Supply Chain Canada member and your replacement is a non-member, the difference in corresponding fees will be applied. This offer does not apply to any discounted registrations.
Cancellations received up to Monday, August 31, 2020 will receive a full refund less an administration fee of 10% of your total registration price. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations after this date. All refund requests must be made in writing to the Supply Chain Canada National office. All no-shows will be charged the full amount. Supply Chain Canada reserves the right to make changes to the program without notification. If the program is not held for any reason, Supply Chain Canada's liability is limited to the registration fee.
